The "Message" tab allows homeowners to communicate privately, buy or sell an item, find a sitter and view/suggest local vendors in the area.  Issues or concerns can be reported directly through the app/website, and approved administrators will receive the details via email. Reported issues will also be recorded in your admin dashboard. With your input, we'll add specific categories to ensure delivery to the appropriate administrative contact, such as property manager, activities director, board member, security, maintenance etc.

Best practice -  Residents can communicate privately with other registered homeowners. Simply scroll or search by last name, and post your message. Public postings are available to communicate general, value added information to all registered users.  A word about public posting…We all understand how allowing residents to publicly post neighborhood wide can be misused and fall into the wrong hands. That’s why, after extensive feedback from our HOA managers, we limit the public messages to specific categories, like selling an item, reporting a lost pet, referral of local businesses, etc. Random and rogue negative postings are virtually eliminated while still allowing for the important neighbor-to-neighbor communication that helps make our sometimes sterile subdivisions feel more like close-knit neighborhoods. Our "Report an Issue" function delivers your comments to the property management/board or other admin contact added during our onboarding process. Residents can opt to attach a photo of the issue to help better explain their concern.
