FAQ's

Our FAQ tab allows you to add frequent homeowner questions, along with the corresponding answer. You can add or edit the FAQ's at any time, and they can be used to address any seasonal or repetitive homeowner questions. The goal is to reduce or eliminate the amount of incoming emails or calls into your office or staff. 

During your onboarding process our staff will add some of the most frequently asked questions, based on past issues. Your dashboard allows you to edit/additional FAQ's as they arise. Simply add the questions in the question field, add the corresponding answer for each, and select "add item" in the right corner. For best presentation, try to be brief with your response, which will show better on the app.
