Our Admin and Useful contacts are (2) seperate tabs which include quick contact links for any Management, staff, HOA, or board members etc. Useful or community contacts may include local govt, cable, utilities, schools, and more.. The goal is to reduce the number of incoming emails and calls into your office. Admin contacts are usually reserved for management/HOA boards, other staff members. These contacts can be linked to our "Report an issue" feature, which will route calls and concerns reported through your Front Porch app to the designated admin contact.
