Our Front Porch understands your concerns concerning privacy on the Internet and take them very seriously and we will protect your privacy at all times. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU AS A HOA MANAGER

When you create a secure account on Our Front Porch for the purpose of creating a Our Front Porch dashboard for your community, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address and/or a contact number. We will never share your information with any third party unless you give us express consent.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU AS A RESIDENT

If you are voluntarily participating in Our Front Porch " we may collect your name, email address, and an optional contact phone number supplied by you or the HOA manager. 

As part of our service to our neighborhoods, Out Front Porch vendors listed on our Vendor/Sponsor section will be required to complete a vendor compliance survey, managed by an outside risk control vendor. By collecting some basic information such as insurance certificates, related state licensers and other related documents, Our Front Porch helps in the vetting process by requiring this basic business information. Our goal is to help ensure any vendors listed in our directory meet these simple rules. Information provided will be assessed by Enterprise RC, A PROFESSIONAL COMPLIANCE SOLUTIONS COMPANY. However, any relationship ongoing is at your discretion, and Our Front Porch does not directly/indirectly endorse any related business or service.

The transfer of online transaction data to and from the web site is protected by the implementation of a (SSL) Secure Sockets Layer protocol. Our Verisign 128-bit secure certificate allows web browsers to verify the authenticity of our secure FrontPorchus domain and to communicate with our site securely, protecting confidential information from interception and hacking. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure at all times to avoid unauthorized use of your Our Front Porch application.

ACCEPTANCE OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Use of the Our Front Porch platform and associated services implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our neighborhood application, please do not continue to use the application and services. This policy may change from time to time, and you are deemed to have accepted the current version each time you use Front Porch or any site powered by us.

With respect to personal information that it receives from the European Union (EU), Our Front Porch abides by the Safe Harbor framework agreed to by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the EU. Because Our Front Porch complies with the Safe Harbor Principles, Our Front Porch transfers of such data from EU countries to the United States meet the adequacy requirements of the EU Data Protection Directive. CHILDREN'S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age without a parent's consent. Our application is directed to users who are at least 13 years old or older. Parental consent and involvement is strictly enforced in all of our Neighborhoods.
