We know every community has internal documents, and we provide an easy way for the members to access, view, download and print from their phones or tablets. We'll add all related documents during set-up, and any future additions can uploaded by the property manager/HOA board on our your secure dashboard.To help streamline the homeowner request process, our staff can create a custom online form based on your current exterior permit/ARC process. The completed request, including any related documentation, images and required signatures will be delivered to the decision makers instantly. Autoresponders can be customized to keep homeowners in the loop during the entire process. 

Best practice - During your onboarding process, include all relevant documents (PDF's) such as covenants & restriction, policies, by-laws, (ARC) exterior permits, and any other fact sheets or vital community information. We'll add the forms for you during set-up. You can edit/add documents from your dashboard at any time.
